Rivori is a small operation, so these go to people rather than to a ticket queue. Pick whichever is closest and we'll answer.
If you’re signed in, the fastest route is in the app: open the … menu on any wish, board or profile and choose Report. You can block the person in the same step, which hides their boards and wishes from you everywhere on Rivori and stops them seeing yours.
We look at every report and aim to respond within two business days. Anything involving a threat to someone’s safety, or content involving a minor, is handled the same day — email the address below and put URGENT in the subject.
You don’t need an account to report something. If you found a board through a shared link and something on it is wrong, email us with the link and we’ll take it from there.
Something broken, a question, or a report. This is the right address if you’re not sure.
support@rivori.appA copy of your data, a correction, or anything about how we handle it.
privacy@rivori.appSomeone using your photo, your work or your brand without permission.
legal@rivori.appFound a vulnerability? Tell us before you tell anyone else and we’ll work with you.
security@rivori.appWe won’t tell someone who reported them, and we won’t tell someone they’ve been blocked. Both of those turn a safety control into an argument.
We also can’t help with an order you placed at a shop. Rivori links out to the retailer and never handles the purchase, so the money, the delivery and the returns are between you and them — more on how that works on our affiliate disclosure page.
